Oh, hi! Welcome to “my” room here at the Animal Rescue League. My name is Bazooka, and I’d like to tell you about myself. I am a confident 1 year old neutered male who is very outgoing and personable, as you probably noticed when I ran to greet you. This room I live in with a few other cats I’ve recently met is really pretty neat. I get to patrol from all sorts of advantage points – even way up high on the catwalk if I need to take a break. I really like to have adults stop by and especially like it when they decide to take a break and sit down on my bench. I’ll be right there with you, offering a head butt accompanied with many, many purrs, and sometimes some hugs and licks. Oh, hold on. I have to go check out that toy. OK, that was fun, but now I just spied your legs and want to rub, rub, rub. Purr, purr, purr. I am super playful and will chase anything (Even you!) This is nice, having you here with me. It would be even nicer if we could do this more often – say at your home, which could be our home. You just need to talk to some of these nice folks here at the shelter, do some paper work (I’ll help), they will register my embedded microchip with your name, and the deal will be done.
