mom & infants abandoned at Perkins Homes Project These four kittens and their monther were abanonded outddors by a tenant who was vacating her apt in Perkins Homes 21231. A friendly neighbor called us and we took possession of the littel family. The Mom tested negative for blood virus and is healthy and thriving. the kittens are spayed and neutered and have two vaccines. All have healthy medical records.
