How I became a Purrfect Companion: I was found wandering as a stray in Grafton. I had obviously had kittens at some point but no kittens were found with me. My original human surrendered me to a shelter with giving any reason. Purrfect Companions occasionally rescued a cat from that shelter and I was one chosen by them. They did find a wonderful, loving home for me. Over time I developed special dietary needs following a bout with a urinary tract infection. My human conceded that she might at times be unable to provide the special food on a constant basis, and rather than compromise my health, gave me to a Purrfect Companions volunteer. She was so sad even though I tried to convey to her that I felt comfortable with the volunteer lady. She still calls about me to remind me that she loves me. My personality, habits, likes and dislikes: I am very playful and affectionate and love to be with a human. I will follow my human around, sit on the couch and cuddle on the bed. I often lick human hands gently while being cuddled and petted. I'm OK either as an only kitty, or with other non-aggressive kitties for company. I like organic catnip - it makes me even more playful. I like toys; especially 'Turbo Track'. I like cardboard and a carpeted scratching post/cat tree.
