Daisy is one of three kittens rescued from under a porch where they'd managed to survive the snow and below freezing temperatures. The two that remain are Daisy and her sister, Matilda. They're very close and wouldn't mind being adopted together, but it is not necessary.
The vet estimates Daisy to be around 4 months old. Daisy is the leader of the pack. She's very adventurous and curious! She's also a giant love bug. Her purr sounds like a motorboat and it starts before you even pet her! Daisy used to want to play all the time, but she has gotten much better about being held and sitting on laps.; she even sleeps on the bed everynight now. Daisy will need someone willing to play with her though! She would also love a home with another cat.
It might take Daisy a bit of time to get used to a new home and new people since she spent the first three months of her life outdoors; however, she is NOT a feral cat. It only took her a few days and some love to warm up to her foster family and begin acting like a normal house cat.
Matilda is up to date on shots. She will receive her second round of shots and FeLv and FIV, as well as be spayed on Feb. 10. She cannot go to a new home until after this date.
It is probably best that Daisy only go to a home with very docile dogs or no dogs at all.
