12/05/2008 Patti is in dire need of a foster home that doesn't have any other cats. She tolerates the cats in her foster home but she is very vocal when they get too close to her. Please consider fostering Patti. We will pay for all food, litter and medical expenses for Patti until she finds her forever home. 11/25/2008 Please help us find a foster home for Patti by the end of the month. Her current family can't keep her because the other cats don't like Patti. 10/29/2008 Patti was wandering around near Lehigh Parkway. She has been outside for awhile judging on her coat and how thin she is. She did have a collar on when she found a nice couple who took her in. Patti was lucky enough to follow a family home. They were out for a nightly walk when they saw a cat following them. They picked her up and called a volunteer with our rescue. Patti was recently at the vet's and is estimated to be at least 12-14 years old. She was also diagnosed with thryroid problems and is now on medication to treat this issue. We are hoping this helps since she was outside for several months. Please help Patti by either sponsoring her while we find someone to adopt her. She requires throyid medication twice a day and will need more blood work in a month to recheck her thryoid. We don't know who would toss an elderly cat like this outside but someone did. Patti is very friendly and seems to be fine with other cats and dogs. She is also good with young children. Patti is up to date with all her vaccinations and is negative for FeLV and FIV. We are not sure if she is spayed since our vet could not see a spay scar on Patti and due to her age and health issues she recommended to see if Patti goes into heat rather than putting her under anesthesia and doing surgery to verify if she is spayed. Please help us find Patti a nice home where she can spend the rest of her golden years in. Online Application Form All cats are up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, tested for FeLV and FIV, and are spayed or neutered if they are 5 months of age or older. Kittens adopted under the age of 5 months will come back to Itty Bitty Kitty, Inc. to be spayed or neutered as part of our adoption agreement. All adopters receive a 4lb bag of Science Diet dry food along with an adoption goodie bag for the cat or kitten they adopt. All of this care is included in our adoption fee of only $75.00!
