Please contact Amy (amy@mckameyanimalcenter.org) for more information about this pet. I MAY ONLY HAVE ONE EYE, BUT IT'S A GOOD ONE! When I arrived at Mckamey I only weighed 4lbs, that is half what I weigh now. I was starving and very sick with an upper respiratory infection that had gone into my left eye, causing a severe corneal ulcer. Even though I was very painful, weak and sick, I caused the entire clinic staff to fall in love with my friendly, loving and patient demeanor. I allowed them to give me fluids, do eye treatments, blood tests and medicate me while I purred and made biscuits through out the whole ordeal. Unfortunately my eye was beyond repair so the veterinarian kindly removed it for me and I am even happier with it gone. I've gained 4lbs in a month and am now a very healthy girl! I've survived a very rough winter and am ready to be spoiled in a nice, warm indoor only home. We have many more dogs and cats at the McKamey Animal Center. Please visit our Center to meet your new best friend! All dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before adoption. Hours: 11am-7pm Wed thru Saturday and 1pm-7pm on Sunday
