Hi There! My name is Nala. I have been through a lot in my young life. I was previously abused and suffering from extreme malnutrition when I was discovered in Maryland by Forgotten Cats. I have been in the care of my foster parents for over 4 months now and am doing very well. I am adjusting to living with a family and am getting healthier every single day. I have even gained 2 pounds!!! I am a shy girl that takes some time to warm up to people. I like to nuzzle on my foster mom’s lap for my afternoon naps. I also love to be scratched behind the ears! I am still fearful of being picked up and will jump out of my foster mom’s arms. I have a very good disposition and am a loving little soul. I am a curious cat that can jump VERY HIGH! I am slowly warming up to the foster’s two cats. I was stressed when I first arrive and took a few weeks to get use to my foster’s home environment. I am now doing very well in a family atmosphere.
