Hello, I''m Chipper and, well, I am chipper! I have an upbeat, great personality and am always looking to be loved and petted and brushed. The only time I''m upset is when you stop petting me! I''m also a vocal kitty and will meow to you about my day and ask about yours. I seem to at least tolerate dogs, even though they are silly creatures! I also seem to really like kids. I was so sad to lose my former home through no fault of my own, this time I deserve a 'forever home' where I will be 100% indoors and never have to worry again.
