Mr. Whiskers is a doll of a cat. He's super affectionate and just loves sleeping in his foster mom's bed all night long. He's not very finicky at all and really just loves to be loved. Mr. Whiskers gets along with other kitties and adores people. Please bear in mind, that we take several applications on each of our adoptables, and the best match possible is made in both the interest of the animal and the adopter. There is no such thing as 'first come, first serve' when it comes to our adoption process. It is deliberate and careful, as the animal you adopt is your responsibility for the duration of his or her lifetime. Whiskers is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered. Our Adoption Area is LIMITED to Philadelphia and the IMMEDIATE surrounding suburban counties . We DO NOT adopt out of state.
