Description:
See Guinness's Homepage 'Don't hate me because I'm beautiful!' That's what we think Guinness would say if she could talk! Guinness is listed here and available for adoption with her sister, Mosey. Guinness is the perfect counterpart to her sister, Mosey. She is friendly and out going, but is much more content to curl up against you to take the attention that she so richly deserves. Her purr is easily started and even easier to keep going (lots of petting/rubbing please!). Guniness is the bolder of the two girls, willing to investigate anything new in her world. She is also more than willing to let you if know if there is something she needs (like attention) and generally she needs it NOW! Guinness and Mosey are 5 1/2 years old. They actually came into our program as kittens from a rural shelter. These girls were actually miracle babies! We saved a large group of kittens from the shelter, and within days, they all came down with a fatal illness. Mosey and Guinness were 2 of only 3 kittesn that survived. They were later adopted into a home together, and shortler thereafter their new owner passed away! But their sadness doesn't end there... they spent the next 5 years living with a family member, and were recently returned to our program! We were told they never bonded with the man's new wife, and were very frightened of the children. So we welcomed these girls back into our program. We have placed them into two different foster homes to assess their 'bonding problem'.... and they have both bonded with all the adults in each home. So now, they are looking for a permanent place to call home! We're hoping their streak of bad luck has ended, and they can find their forever family very soon! **If you are interested in adopting this pet, please review our adoption policies/procedures below then E-MAIL US to request an adoption application or inquire further.**
