I am a fiercely loyal cat meaning that once I have fallen in love with you I will love and trust you with every fiber of my body. If you were to leave me I would go into a depression and not trust for a while. By the way, if you were to leave me and I didn’t work out with your family, please send me back to Ray of Hope Humane Society, the caretaker there knows how I am and will help me through the separation. I don’t mean separation like you are going on vacation, I mean separation that you don’t want me anymore. I am loyal maybe to a fault. This also makes me shy to start with, but I do warm up especially with canned food. Anyway, I have the most soft beautiful flowing gray hair. My lovely eyes change color with the mood I’m in, so you might be surprised to see how I’m feeling from moment to moment or day to day. Most of the time they are a greenish yellow but they sometimes turn brilliant yellow. I love my belly rubbed. Just flip me over in your arms and pet away. Even more than my belly I like my back scratched. I like to play, not too much, but enough to have a good time. I generally like to be petted and sleep in the sun. Even though I don’t play hard and sleep a lot, I have a very high metabolism and need to have canned food twice a day. I would be a great companion with one or two other cats that are not aggressive or pushy. I don’t think I would do well with children because they seem to be too loud and scary that’s true for dogs too.
