Description:
This gorgeous little girl was turned into a shelter with a broken left back leg. Since a shelter does not have the means to repair injuries like this, poor D.J. was facing her last days on earth when she was rescued and turned over to us. D.J.'s leg had already started to heal, but improperly, and our veterinarians had to remove it. But D.J. came through the surgery with flying colors - she was already up and around the next day! She had to have been in considerable pain, but D.J. was sweet and affectionate through it all! D.J. is now ready for a forever home of her own. She has absolutely no problems moving, jumping, and playing like the healthy kitten she is. D.J. was born sometime during the first week of November 2009. She is spayed, microchipped, virus and pest free, and up to date with vaccinations. Please contact The Peter Zippi Fund for an adoption application and interview at your earliest opportunity, because this sweet little girl won't be homeless long! D.J. --- a tripod is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
