Description:
Please contact Emilie (ronandem@frontiernet.net) for more information about this pet. Peanuts came to the humane society in a most unusual way. Because of an illness, his owner had just left a bunch of cats in her house when she ended up very ill in Sacramento. So he and his buds were locked in a house for days, or maybe even weeks. At first, Morris was quite aloof and too proud to take any advice from anyone bright enough to talk. So, he remained stand-offish until he became very lonesome and finally let his foster folks pet him. But put him in a cage and he becomes quite miserable and clams up, even though he enjoys attention from others. He is a big, lankey cat and would be pleased to join any household where animals are special and treated kindly. As the weather turns warmer, Morris craves to go outdoors.
