I just thought I'd post these to give everyone a chance to share my 'oh my God, will ya look at that? Where's the camera kind of moment.
Simon laid back in the Sponge Bob Monopoly box with that 'I'm in the money' look on his face.
Simon's got a home here. He was brought to us by neighbors. The story was that some dopers left him behind after the electric company shut the power off. He was about 4 weeks old and looked more like a flea than a kitten.
We bathed him in dish liquid for a couple of days, flea combed him religiously, held him in our arms for a few tense days until his breathing cleared up a bit and he was able to get some strength back, put him on a bottle which he still wants to suckle today.
He's a big boy now, and what a kick! If he's not in your lap trying to suck a button or a piece of shirt, he's outside playing somewhere lookin' for that next pot of gold. When he finds it I hope its worth more than monopoly money by the time he's old enough to earn it. (We just wish he'd quit looking in the dog pen!)
