Description:
Harrison is a FIV positive young male tabby about 3 years old. He was found last year with a terrible wound that has since healed very well. He is very friendly to people, likes to be with you. Loves to play with catnip toys and look out the window. He would do well with another FIV positive cat or as an only cat. He may look like a big scary cat but on the inside he is a sweet gentle soul who just wants to be loved. Excellent with the litter box and uses his cardboard scratcher. He loves sitting and sleeping with his foster family. Please call our adoption line at 815-385-0005 to arrange a date to meet with this special guy. FIV is not transmittable to humans or dogs and is transmitted to cats through a serious bite from a positive cat. With good care, a good diet and no more time outside Harrison can live many more years to come.
