Francis is a Quaker parakeet who was found outside with a broken wing. He's fine now, but he's been through a lot and is a little unsure about people as a result. He would really love to find a quiet, stable home where he could just hang out and be himself. With a little love and patience, Francis could be the perfect little companion.
