Please research the breed before you adopt! Hey there my name is Kelvin. I am an adult male border collie mix. I came into the shelter as a stray and was pretty scared of the new environment. My finder said I got along great with his dogs. Please come take me for a walk. (ID#13882) For further information, feel free to contact us via email ( humane@sos.net ), or phone ( 360-757-0445 ).
