Looking of an extra large lap dog? Look no further than Gander. He's a big guy with a great demeanor. Gander ended up at a local animal shelter, where an ARPO volunteer saw him and decided to foster him until this big dog could find the perfect home. In his foster home, Gander likes to play with other dogs (his favorite friend is a 10 lb little pup) and he's starting to learn the basics...like leash walking, crate training, sitting for treats and affection. Gander weighs about 100 lbs and we are guessing that he's a newfie/lab mix, although without knowing who his parents were or where he came from, there's no certainty of his breed mix.
