Phoenix was rescued from the Montgomery Co. shelter. She is being fostered in Katy TX. She is black with white on her chest and her paws. She is estimated to be about 5-years-old, but she still acts like a puppy. According to her foster mom Phoenix is a great dog. She has the most amazingly kind eyes. She loves going to the dog park and she gets along with all the dogs. She is spayed, UTD on shots, leash trained, microchipped and after HW treatment, she is now HW neg. Many of the dogs taken into our rescue have been neglected and are in very poor health and usually in need of extensive medical care. Many of them are severely under weight and are Heartworm positive, a condition which will be fatal if not treated.
