Gorgeous as I am, I showed up as a skinny but oh-so-affectionate stray here in Fairfield at an office building. The people at Hawthorne Direct were SO concerned about me, and tried to take care of me until Noah’s Ark could come and take me back to the shelter. Now that I’m in the care of the nice folks at Noah’s Ark, I’ve got the medical attention and the nutritious food I need. Best of all, I’m in out of the weather, and I get the loving attention I crave from the humans here! At first glance, I look black, but I actually have a lot of red highlights in my fur – really a good-looking guy! Why don’t you come and meet me? I’m always up for a warm lap and some conversation.
Our $90 adoption fee for dogs includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip and registration, 30 days of free pet health insurance, vaccinations (Rabies, DAPP and Bordetella), heartworm testing, parasite treatment, and monthly heartworm, flea and tick prevention.Our cat adoption fee of $65 includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip and registration, 30 days of free pet health insurance, FELV/FIV (Feline Leukemia/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) testing, FVRCP vaccination (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia), as well as flea and parasite precautionary treatments.
