Muggsie is a Chow / Beagle Mix that is 10 months old. A good samaritan saved him and is now caring for him at his home. He was tethered to a table on a 3 foot chain outside this winter. He has had all of his shots and is good with other dogs. He is looking for a loving home that will look after him. We are trying to help this pup to find a new home.
