This Community Services program provides animal control services for the unincorporated area of Sutter County, the City of Live Oak and the City of Yuba City. Adoptions are NOT limited to residents of Sutter County, anyone may adopt from our shelter.
Adoption Process:
The fee to adopt is a $40 refundable spay/neuter deposit for both cats and dogs. Residents living in Sutter County adopting dogs over the age of four months must purchase a dog licence at the time of adoption.
