For Animal Control purposes we serve Salt Lake City, Unincorporated Salt Lake County, Herriman City. We do adoptions for everywhere.
Adoption Process:
$95 for dogs $65 for cats, includes spay/neuter, micochip, FVRCP or DHPP/Bordatella vaccinations, leash, collar, ID tag, 5 pound bag of Science Diet, cardboard cat carrier, FELV/FIV tests for cats, free health exam at local veterinarian, training DVD. We require proof of home ownership or landlord approval. We have an Adoption Questionnaire that is filled out prior to adopting. We perfomr adoptions by appointments so that we can over vaccinations, behavior and overall health of the animal. We then have adopter sign adoption contract. If they have another dog at home,we require a dog to dog meet.
