Buddy, Dog, Shar Pei

Buddy is a 9 month old Shar Pei, found starved and dragging his chain. Buddy is extremely sweet and lovable. We do not know alot about his past so we are not aware of his like of cats or his behavior around children. Buddy needs a chain free foster or forever home immediately. Buddy gets along well with other dogs. He is up-to-date on all shots, heartworm negative and neutered.
