This is a common symptom of inhalant allergies, believe it or not! Humans sneeze and get red eyes and runny noses and sometimes hives. Dogs get itchy and they lick and bite their feet, behind their elbows, neck and other places. The constant licking of feet is the classic sign and some dogs develop brown staining on their feet from the saliva. It is not harmful, but is a sign that your dog may be suffering from allergies.
