Came across this interesting story. I'm sure this happens every day across America...the proverbial "cat getting caught in the tree." i'm sure most of us look up in the sky, we see the bird...we see the plane..but we know that no superhero is on the way. So, we dial 911...but be warned. As this story shows, the police and firefighters don't necessarily see this as an emergency situation. So, please keep a ladder close by.
