Ask the vet cats

I have a stray cat that I have been feeding for 2 months. Suddenly it has started drooling and he looks like he hurt his mouth. What could cause this? Could it be an insect bite or something else? I don't know what to do for him.
My cat has been vomiting for over a month. Now he is peeing on furniture, pooping on the bed and trying to go in the flower pot instead of his cat box. He looks sick and is not his normal self. I feed him urinary tract Friskies and hairball gel for that,
