Yes, you can use Frontline and Revolution together. Frontline is pretty good with both fleas and ticks and fairly water repellent. For really tough tick situations in dogs I reach for the Preventick collar.
Revolution is very effective for Heartworm prevention but very average for fleas and below average for ticks in my opinion.
