Teshaina, you are describing symptoms of an ear infection which may have extended into the middle or inner ear resulting in the head tilting (a form of vertigo). Ear infections can be due to bacterial and or fungal infections that can be due to the structure of the ear and or to allergies that make the ear susceptible to infection. At this point, a visit to the vet for a good look in the ear and a look at the junk in the ear under the microscope can help your vet diagnose and prescribe the proper medications for relief of discomfort and infection control. In the mean time, try to keep the ear clean and dry by using dry guaze or cotton to clean it out before you get to the vet. Hope he feels better soon!
