I have a 12-week-old Tibetan Terrier, His hind legs have shed their fur. Is there a particular reason for this? He has been flea treated with advocate and there is no evidence of mites. Can you help?

 

Jacqueline, this is very interesting. Can you send us a photo so we can have a better idea what you are referring to? Is he itchy or uncomfortable? Have you seen your vet about this? It is a tough question to answer without a more detailed picture, however, it could be a number of problems including mites, fungal disease, skin infection or just normal shedding. Please see your vet and share photos with us so we can understand the situation better!
